Kos Island Tour

Service Description

Our air-conditioned coach will pick you up for a day touring our beautiful island. Our guide will tell you all about the fascinating culture, history and sights Kos has to offer. First you will learn about the history of Hippocrates by visiting the Asklepeion, an ancient hospital, dedicated to the God of Health, Asklepeios. After we scale the mountains to the traditional village of Zia, which looks over the island, providing panoramic views. Here you can visit the quaint, traditional craft shops and the Natural Park with its birds, goats and other different animals of Kos or maybe stop for a coffee break in one of the many cafes, while taking in the unbeatable views. Continuing our journey to Lagoudi, a very traditional village. Next we head to Kefalos where we stop at Kamari Bay. Here you will have time to enjoy the crystal clear waters at one of the best beaches on the island or have a meal at the beach taverna. Last but not least we visit Antimahia, in the middle of the island, with the oldest active windmill of Kos and a traditional greek house. Enjoy yourself and get to know this beautiful island all in one day! Please note that this description can be changed, depending on which bus used. This trip does not includes entrance fee of Asklepion and lunch.
