FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS FOR RENTAL SERVICES

Rental Terms for Cars for 1 day, the renting hours are from 08:00 till 20:00 

Terms and conditions
 

• The minimum age to rent our fleet is 23 years old and the driver must have a valid driver's license for 1 year.

• The renter and all drivers must have a valid original driver's license which needs to be presented at time of the rental.

•  Additional driver: The charge for each additional driver is free. The maximum number of drivers is set at 2 persons.

• Our fleet are rented on a 12 hour basis when rent for a day that is from 08:00 to 20:00.

• Only authorised and listed in the contract drivers have the permission to drive the rented vehicle.

• All driving licences which have been issued within the European Community will be accepted.

• International driving licences (IDP) will be accepted.

• All National driving licences in Roman Alphabet and in a credit card format will be accepted.

• Your obligation is to wear always your safety  belts.

• Damages caused from driving in unpaved roads will be charged accordingly.

• Off-road driving or racing is forbidden.

• Follow the Road Circulation Code.

• Consumption of illegal substances or alcohol while driving is forbidden.

• Smoking is forbidden inside the cars.

• We have the right to charge the renter 1 extra renting day and car wash, if the driver's or other passenger's seat found wet from bathing suits. The renter is obliged to retain the seats and the interior of the car in perfect condition

• The speed limit on the main street is 70 km/h and on the other roads is 40 km/h.

• Key Damage or Key Loss is not covered at all cases.

• All penalties and fines caused by infringement of Road Circulation Code will be paid by the driver.

• In case of an accident, you have to call the police and U-Deal Travel immediately.

• The driver will be charged the cost of  undercarriage of the vehicle damages.

• If the driver does not comply with the contract's terms and damage the vehicle by himself, then is charged all the costs of repairing.

• Vehicles are not permitted to be taken out of Kos Island.

• The Vehicle is provided with an unlimited Kilometre / Mileage Allowance.

• Full insurance is included for all the CARS  with an excess.

• Full insurance is covered only in an actual accident.

• Third party motor liability insurance is provided in accordance with local legislation.

• 24 hour roadside assistance is provided.

• Your booking includes all local taxes.

• All of our cars use gasoline and we provide all our cars with full tank and the customer is obligated to return the car back with a  fuel tank.

• Traffic tickets and fines due to violations of the Highway Code are borne by the Renter. In addition, the Renter undertakes the payment of management costs, where required.

• Baby seat and boosters are provided on request and free of charge and should be returned in the same condition as given. For any damage you will be charge accordingly.
